2026 Valentine Flavors

16-piece Box:

Spiced Cherry (New!): This is a cinnamon-infused cherry pâte de fruit with a little allspice, ginger, and cayenne, paired with a bourbon-flavored brown sugar creme. We've done a spiced cherry flavor before but adding the brown sugar and bourbon flavor really takes it to the next level.

Lemon Bar (New!): Lemon bars have always been one of my favorite treats and we captured that flavor in this new bonbon. It's a lemon puree cooked into a creme center paired with a crunchy shortbread cookie layer.

Guava Rum (New!): A guava pâte de fruit paired with a rum-flavored brown sugar creme. An awesome flavor combination to transport you to your favorite island paradise.

Cactus Cooler (NEW!): In the late 80's I was a NorCal teenager obsessed with the Cactus Cooler soft drink which was only available at the time in SoCal. A pineapple pâte de fruit with an orange creme and orange zest. Now that flavor is a bonbon. Some obsessions never end.

Pomelo Creme (NEW!): Pomelo is a citrus similar to a grapefruit. We cooked some pomelo puree into this tart and tangy creme for this fresh new flavor.

Blackberry Sage (NEW!):  Inspired by a drink at Starbucks, this is a sage-infused blackberry pâte de fruit with a vanilla bean creme.

Nutty Brownie (NEW!): This is a rich chocolate fudge paired with a pecan gianduja filled with chopped roasted pecans.

Yuzu Creme (NEWish!): We have done a yuzu creme before but this one we made with real yuzu purée which we cooked into the creme for an even better flavor.

Chocolate Malt: This flavor was just introduced in one of the 4-piece boxes from the 2025 holiday collection and we liked it so much we had to bring it back, to the big box this time. (Is that a promotion?) Inspired by all the chocolate malty shakes and candies we haven't had for a while since we went vegan, we replicated that flavor in this chocolate malt bonbon. I think we nailed it!

Bear Lake Raspberry Shake: Another flavor introduced in the holiday collection, we had enough Bear Lake raspberry purée to do one more batch of these. The purée is cooked into a vanilla creme for that perfect milkshake flavor.

Blueberry Cheesecake: We've done a number of different fruit flavor pairings with cheesecake and I think blueberry is my favorite. Classic and timeless and oh so delicious.

Mango Sticky Rice: Another regular favorite, the mango sticky rice makes another appearance in this collection. A mango pâte de fruit paired with a rice and coconut creme, just like desert at your favorite Thai restaurant.

Red Hot Peanut Butter: We can't do a Valentine collection without the red hot peanut butter flavor! A hot cinnamon creme paired with a peanut gianduja, this flavor combination is unexpectedly magical.

Passion Fruit Coconut: We're passionate for passion fruit and always come back to this flavor pairing. A passion fruit pâte de fruit with a coconut creme.

Red Velvet Cake: Awesome red velvet cake flavor is returning in this bonbon that we haven't made in a while.

Almond Creme: A creme center made with almond milk for deep and satisfying almond flavor.

4-piece Box (no nuts):

Butter Mint: Always a favorite! A gentle mint with butter flavor like the after-dinner mints you'd sometimes get at your favorite restaurant.

Mandarin Tangerine (NEW!): A mandarin-tangerine pâte de fruit paired with a vanilla creme.

Horchata: Cinnamon in a rice creme, just like the drink!

Prickly Pear Watermelon (NEW!): We've done prickly pear, and we've done watermelon, and putting them together is one of our best ideas yet! A prickly pear pâte de fruit with a watermelon creme.

4-piece Box:

Cherry Bakewell Tart: We can't keep this one out of the collection for long, it's one of our all-stars. This time the cherry pâte de fruit is infused with some cinnamon for a little twist on this popular flavor. The cherry is paired with an almond creme.

Halva (NEW!): Based on the desert popular in the Middle East, this is a vanilla creme with tahini and cardamom paired with a sesame gianduja with chopped pistachios and a raisin.

Pandan Coconut Creme (NEW!): Last year we did a pandan creme paired with soursop and loved the pandan flavor so much we wanted to do it again! This time it's a coconut creme flavored with the pandan extract for a classic southeast Asian flavor pairing.

Pistachio Creme: Made with pistachio milk and pistachio paste this creamy center is loaded with real and rich pistachio flavor.
