SHIPPING and LOCAL PICKUP DETAILS:
For the 2025 Spring Collection we will first ship on Monday April 14th. Most orders will arrive by Thursday after they ship. I will cold-pack orders when projected temperatures are above 70F. In some warmer climates it's possible that temperatures get too warm to ship even with a cold pack unless it's overnight. If there's a heat wave and temperatures are mid 90's when it's time to ship I'll reach out to you to see about delaying shipping until the heat drops back down or some other solution.
I have enabled some UPS shipping options, but they might not be available for all customers as the checkout algorithm doesn't always display them properly. I'm in touch with Shopify to resolve this problem.
If you select local pickup at our home in Holladay, instructions will be sent in the confirmation email. (check your junk mail folder if you don't get one!) Our pickup date is Saturday April 19th from 9:00am to 8:00pm. If that doesn't work we're happy to arrange a specific pickup time with you, just text the number in the confirmation email. Thanks!
