SHIPPING and LOCAL PICKUP DETAILS:
For the 2024 Valentine Collection we will ship on Monday February 5th via USPS priority mail. Most orders will arrive by Thursday after they ship.
If you select local pickup at our home in Holladay, instructions will be sent in the confirmation email. (check your junk mail folder if you don't get one!) Our pickup date is Saturday February 3rd from 8:00am to 8:00pm. If that doesn't work we're happy to arrange a specific pickup time with you, just text the number in the confirmation email. Thanks!

Yuzu: Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit similar to lemon or lime. This creme center is made with real imported organic yuzu juice and is tart and tangy and delicious!
Mango Sticky Rice: This is a mango pâte de fruit paired with a rice and coconut creme. Patterned after a popular desert at many Thai restaurants, the creme center is made with rice and coconut milk.
Brown Sugar Apricot: An apricot pâte de fruit paired with a brown sugar creme.
Red Hot Peanut Butter: First introduced in last year's Valentine's Day collection, this is a hot cinnamon creme paired with a peanut gianduja.
Spumoni: Like the classic Italian ice cream combination, this has a maraschino cherry creme paired with a pistachio gianduja.
Butter Mint: This simple mint creme wins by not being overpowering on the minty flavor and includes a hint of butter.
Strawberry Prickly Pear: Our prickly pear pâte de fruit is made from purée of the fruit of the prickly pear cactus, which has a sweet flavor often compared to a melon or a kiwi. In this bonbon we've paired the prickly pear with a strawberry creme flavored with powdered freeze dried strawberries.
Lemon Custard: Inspired by a lemon custard ice cream I used to get decades ago in the pre-vegan days from Marianne's Ice Cream in Santa Cruz, California. This vegan flavor is a perfect reminder for me of those trips to the beach.
Watermelon: Watermelon? In a chocolate? Yes! We think it works wonderfully. This flavor is a creme center made with real watermelon juice.
Cherry Bakewell Tart: This flavor is inspired by The Great British Baking Show, which always seems to have contestants make a Bakewell tart for one of the challenges. A morello cherry pâte de fruit is paired with our almond creme in this flavorful combination.
Tamarind Black Sesame: Tamarind comes from a pod-like fruit from the Tamarind tree. Both sweet and sour, it's common in cuisine from many parts of the world including Asia, the Middle East, Mexico, and Africa. We've paired a tamarind pâte de fruit with a toasted black sesame gianduja for this special flavor.
Hawaiian Guava Cake: Guava is one of our favorite flavors. Looking for a new way to highlight it, we discovered recipes for a Hawaiian guava cake and thought that would make a good bonbon. We were right! In this one we pair a guava pâte de fruit with a guava cake flavored creme.
Almond Creme: Introduced in the 2023 Holiday Collection, this new flavor became an instant hit: a creme center made with almond milk and flavored with Madagascar vanilla beans and some additional almond extract.
Blackberry Cheesecake: Berries paired with cheesecake is always a hit. This is a blackberry pâte de fruit with a cheesecake flavored creme.
Raspberry Fudge: A creamy chocolate fudge made with Solstice Wasatch 70% dark chocolate flavored with powdered freeze-dried raspberries. Delightful!
Banana Creme: Like a banana cream pie, but vegan. A banana cream flavored creme center with some powdered freeze-dried bananas to push up the flavor.
